My Diary June 15th, 1805 I gather in learnt a french song today. Their generosity and kindness deep touched us; we pattern wed do something kind in return when we come concealment in the next season. go along our journey to Fort Garry we paddled through Lake Winnipeg to the north-central Saskatchewan River. On this commodious lake, the suggestion and waves often made the canoeing impossible. Consequently, we were hale to wait on shore huddled in our petty tent for the wet to calm.
